By installing The Exporter™ in the upper third area between pallets, the entire load is braced and a solid ceiling is created over the void down the center of the container. This ceiling prevents any cool air from rising up through the void and returning to the cooling unit without cooling the produce. Instead it forces the air to the sides through the ventilation holes and through the produce. This is especially effective in cases where the packaging does not have bottom ventilation.
The final step is closing off both the vertical center void and the pallet openings on the rear of the load. By blocking these openings, the cool air is forced to go through the produce. In essence, a pre-cooler on wheels has now been created.
The 37' air bag creates a ceiling along the entire center of the container, forcing the cool air from the bottom air delivery vent through the produce.
In the event that a single pallet is required, a false pallet, such as this one can be made. The single is broken in half and the false pallets are placed on top. This allows for maintaining a consistent height throughout the container for applying The Exporter™.
Often full pallets have to be broken down into half pallets to meet weight requirements. These half pallets may be located in the front or the center of the container, depending on where the genset is located and what the weight of the produce is. By using the following products in conjunction with The ExporterT, the following is achieved.
A very durable dunnage bag with a high bursting strength, designed to absorb the forces of a full load.
An L-Shaped air bag used between half pallets in the front of an export container.
A U-shaped air bag used between half pallets in the middle of the container.
The only gauged turbo inflation tool on the market - PATENT PENDING
